How does the website lead extraction work?
Distributed crawl workers visit each site (rendering JavaScript when needed), extract contact and company data from the pages, then validate and enrich it — MX-checking emails, normalizing phones to E.164, resolving DNS and infrastructure, and running optional AI enrichment. Results stream to your dashboard in real time and are exportable to CSV, Excel, JSON or the API.
What data do I get for each website?
Verified emails (with SPF/DKIM/DMARC and disposable/role detection), E.164 phone numbers with country, social profiles, company name and firmographics (founded year, employees, address, business hours, rating), detected technologies, DNS/hosting/CDN and security signals, an on-page SEO score, a website-quality grade, and AI-generated summary, category, lead score and ICP match.
Does OrbiCrawl respect robots.txt and crawl politely?
Yes. Crawls honor robots.txt (configurable), apply per-host rate limiting, bounded retries and user-agent rotation, and cap response sizes. Requests are also SSRF-guarded so the crawler only ever reaches public websites.
Can it handle JavaScript-heavy sites and SPAs?
Yes. When a page needs it, OrbiCrawl renders the site in a headless Chromium browser and extracts from the fully-rendered DOM — so single-page apps and JS-injected contact details are captured, not missed.
