Data rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, India’s DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent.

OrbiCrawl AI is a platform our customers use to crawl publicly available business and contact information. If your information was collected by one of our customers through the platform, that customer is the data controller for that data and is the right party to contact directly about it. We also forward requests we receive to the relevant customer and remove data from our own systems where the law requires.

Email privacy@orbicrawl.com describing your request. Account holders should email from their account address; if you are not an OrbiCrawl customer, tell us what information you found and where. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
