Why do several candidates sometimes score the same?
Many mail servers accept any address at a domain (a catch-all), which makes individual mailboxes indistinguishable from outside. When that happens we say so rather than picking a winner at random — a confident guess would be worse than an honest one.
Can I do this for a whole list of people?
